Our client-a recognized private equity real estate fund focused on vertical residential projects-has a unique opportunity to join their development team as a Senior Analyst/Associate. You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior development staff in the acquisition and development of multifamily projects in Mexico City. The role provides broad exposure and involvement in day-to-day management duties throughout all phases of the projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Evaluate and analyse potential new projects
  • Play an active role in the development of vertical residential projects, from the initial phases of design through to construction and project completion
  • Manage and monitor project development schedule and budget
  • Provide reports of the projects' status to investors, lenders, JVs partners and other stakeholders
  • Work with senior development staff in securing the appropriate approvals, certifications and permits
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Impeccable financial modeling skills, preferably garnered at an investment bank, private equity firm or developer
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration or engineering
  • Experience and knowledge of the real estate industry in Mexico
  • Ability to present and communicate information to key stakeholders, senior management and public
  • Proactive with an ability to work with other teams and with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
