Job ID: 001813 The Role:
- To coach Bank sales staffs to build overall insurance competency to market Bancassurance products to Bank customers.
- To monitor key leading indicators with Team Leaders that lead to achieving KPIs set. Responsible for meeting insurance sales target and for building the insurance business.
- To assist Bank sales staffs and team leaders in running sales activities / events at branches.
- Update Bank sales staffs with new products, sales campaigns, competitors' products and keeping them abreast with the latest developments
Job Requirements The Person:
- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with sales experiences.
- At least 3 years of life insurance selling experiences, preferably with Team leader's experience.
- Must possess strong convincing life insurance selling skills, and committed with a desire to achieve targets and goals.
- Possess coaching and mentoring experiences with very strong passion to succeed via teamwork.
- Have strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
