Manager, RPA Technical Support

Job Purpose Summary

Act as a first line of assistance for all RPA related issue and be the main liaison person for business to get the issues resolve by working closely with IT and business partner

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Functional (job responsibilities) § Manage and resolve any issues related to RPA
§ Conduct first line technical support and diagnosis ensuring failed RPA services to be restore within the stipulated time
§ Escalate unresolved incidents to obtain support from IT and business partner
§ Conduct continuous improvement methodologies to strive for higher accuracy and lower fail rate
§ Develop documentation on troubleshooting steps and restoration details
Work closely with CE Tech and IT team to ensure service, secure and supported technical environments in line with business requirement

Managerial (team/group responsibilities) Develop management reporting on a weekly/monthly basis carry out execution as directed by the management

Organizational (organizational responsibilities) Improve the revenue of the bank via cost saving measure through RPA

Jobholder Requirements


Education/Qualification
Degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Analytics

Experience
· Experience with RPA technology (Blueprism, Automate Anywhere)
Experience in monitoring and resolving issues

Special Skills
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an excellent attention to detail
Be on standby at all time to resolve any RPA related issue

Certification/Licensing Requirements
· Lean Six Sigma Black/Green belt
PMP Certified
