Your Role and Responsibilities



As a Client Manager handling Commercial Sector, your role is to support 2 portfolios of business - Account and Territory Management. For Account Management, you are responsible for client relationship and focal integrator responsible for overall revenue, profit and client's satisfaction . For Territory Management, you will be assigned several industry to manage and your roles is provide industry insights and plan for the right execution plan.
Importantly , your role requires you to represent IBM as Digital Sales Ambassador in supporting clients in planning their Digital Transformation, Digitizing Business and lastly, position IBM as a valued, strategic Technology Partner.

Responsibilities :
  • You are involved in the development of the overall account and primary responsibility is to identify and progress opportunities - collaborating with internal & external solution team.
  • Understand the client's organization and develop strong relationship with IT Team, C-levels and Line-of-Business Executives - to earn IBM as strong reputable & trusted business advisors to clients.
  • Oversee, Develop and Execute insightful sales play based on current industry's need
  • Collaborate with internal Solutions & Technical team to address client's need
  • Engage and collaborate with IBM Business Partners in building a strong Channel Ecosystem for IBM

Requirements :
  • Self-driven to exceed sales target
  • Committed and Dedicated towards meeting sales objectives
  • Knowledge on IT solutions, market insights and sales experience
  • Comfortable and articulate well to maintain, develop and nurture CxO relationship


Required Technical and Professional Expertise



  • Having 5 - 10 years solid IT sales, services sales, client representative experiences
  • Strong client relationship focus (both internal & external)
  • Strong presentation & written skills, negotiation skills.
  • Competitive nature. Goal -oriented. Maintains a sense of urgency in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Self-driven to exceed sales target
  • Committed and Dedicated towards meeting sales objectives
  • Knowledge on IT solutions, market insights and sales experience
  • Comfortable and articulate well to maintain, develop and nurture CxO relationship
