The primary purpose of this role is to drive the design and delivery of SCB's Wealth Management proposition to the segments, develop a best-in-class wealth client experience, wealth brand recognition, sales and customer education programs, and provides core input to the strategic development of the business.
This role collaborates with Client groups and Marketing to connect and align the Wealth Products strategy with the Client strategy. Within the Wealth Products team, this role works in partnership with the Wealth Product & Advisory team
He/She is jointly accountable for the WM performance as measured by growth in number of active wealth customers, wealth client deepening metrics, customer satisfaction with Wealth, external brand recognition for SCB WM

Key Roles & Responsibilities

WM Proposition and Positioning
* Design and drive compelling proof points, tools and standards that promote our proposition as "Trusted Advisor" to frontline teams and clients
* Position, package and market our wealth advisory content, solutions and capabilities, tailored to respective client segments' needs
* Develop and implement client and RM education programs that promotes and strengthens the delivery our wealth advisory proposition to clients;
* Establish and implement holistic strategy to raise our brand awareness and recognition as a leader in wealth management through use of media relations, robust marketing programs, client engagement seminars and ensuring content presence across all our client-facing channels (online and branches)
* Support the development of digital strategy for advisory content

WM Client Experience
* Design and drive the implementation of the target wealth client journey and contact strategy across the respective segments
* Drive robust adoption of the wealth advisory process and tools with frontline teams and Segments, to achieve a standardized and consistent wealth management experience
* Continuously monitor outcomes and identify areas of opportunities and improvement
* Use of analytics and data-mining to uncover untapped opportunities and/or rebalancing opportunities
Market and Client Insights
* Performs customers and performance analysis to gain in-depth understanding of purchase behaviour and preferences, levers of growth and depth of wealth management relationships.
* Initiates and manages the use of market and client insights and competitor benchmarking to drive the development of our wealth management proposition and strategy;
* Sets and monitor market positioning and brand recognition benchmarks vs. competition
* Obtain and use diagnostics insights from NPS studies and regular frontline feedback to identify new opportunities and areas of improvement on wealth client experience

Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Knowledge and experience in wealth management
* Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in banking and retail business, including prior experience in product, segment or marketing management.
* Organisational and analytical skills

* Ability to think out of the box for creative solutions
* Relationship building & influencing - able to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
* Self-starter with ability to manage a diverse range of tasks
