We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Retail Banking and Wealth Management team in the role of Virtual Relationship Banker, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • To provide key relationship support role for in-bound and outbound excellent customer service to our Premier International and Premier Non Wealth qualified (less than RM150 thousand) customers via virtual channel.
  • To provide dedicated services and identify opportunities for wealth and upgrades.
  • To identify wealth review opportunities to refer to branch Premier Relationship Managers
  • To communicate and work with other teams within the Branch, Call Center, HTS, and other relevant partners that impact the client's experience of HSBC
  • To identify opportunities/issues and provides feedback to branch management and HTS to improve products and service processes


Qualifications
Requirements
  • A recognised tertiary Diploma qualification
  • Possess 2years working experience in financial services industry, preferably in retail / premier sales
  • Possess experience in relationship management and exposure in handle overseas clients
  • Possess good communication skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Motivated, team player and energetic individual
  • Experience in telesales / contact centre is an added advantage
  • Possess license in investment and insurance related is an added advantage
