Work you will do

As a Resource Management team, you will play a key role in efficiently managing practitioners' schedule to ensure client satisfaction, optimizing the firm's utilization and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• To assign resources to engagements. The entire process involves a high degree of interdependence and mutual trust between the Scheduling function, projects and individuals.
• Working closely with engagement leads to help meeting our business objectives of delivering improved services and value to our clients
• To ensure that each engagement team is provided with the best team of people, combining industry experience with technical and functional knowledge to ensure maximum commercial advantage;
• Provide various management reports on availability and utilization to management on a weekly basis.

• Working closely with other operation functions i.e. Human Resource and Recruitment to manage long term resource planning and provide inputs for sourcing purposes.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

If you are someone with:

• Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent
• 3-4 years of working experience (scheduling experience is definitely a plus point but HR/Workforce/recruitment experience can be considered)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
