System Support Officer

• Perform system parameter maintenance change request and ensure that request are properly executed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Attending to system user query for troubleshooting.
• Work closely with stakeholder to resolved issue raised by system user.
• Work closely with application IT to ensure issues are escalate to vendor promptly and resolve on timely manner.
• Assist the System Support Manager on UAT.

Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Equivalent area preferred;
• Minimum of 2 years working experience (preferable experience with Banking Industry);
• Committed in completing assignment within deadline, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills and team oriented
• Logical thinker, Good Analytical with problem Solving skills
• Able to work independently, self-driven with minimum supervision.
• Result oriented, great sense of responsibility and team player
• High integrity and practices OCBC core values
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
