Service Delivery Manager, Regional CoE
Job Purpose

To efficiently and effectively manage one or more projects from concept to implementation on time, within budget and in line with client expectations


Market and project governance
  • Participate in Contract and account Governance including periodic meetings with clients and regional delivery teams - status updates, continuous improvement and change control
  • Ensures that implementations and ongoing services are delivered on time/on budget and meet requirements by maintaining control over the project schedule, risk and scope
  • Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed
  • Analyze market needs, set delivery priorities with the market teams and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals
  • Ensures that operational teams and subcontractors maintain a clear understanding of the client's needs, and provide day-to-day client support
  • Maintain positive relationship with regional market teams
  • Internal project kick-off and coordination across teams to meet project goals and timelines
Sales support

  • Reviews proposals to both client and Experian C-Level stakeholders
  • Consulted on the contractual definition of the revenue share calculation
  • Close collaboration with sales team on the funnel and opportunity in the region
  • Provides feedback on new project and phases revenue estimates provided by regions
Business growth

  • Builds and maintains strong client relationships, and participates in client meetings regarding performance
  • Promotes the organization's capabilities and works to achieve contract extension or to win additional business within the account
  • Analyses revenue growth opportunity in collaboration with Analytical team

  • Bachalor's degree of equivalent experience
  • Advanced (typically 15+ years) delivery or solutions experience
  • Routinely leads multi-product and multi country solutions to strategic clients
  • Strong knowledge of the MFS and/or banking sector

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills
  • Expert knowledge and unparalleled experience of the delivery lifecycle for applicable Experian solutions
  • Demonstrates supervision and problem-solving qualities to manage both operational and project challenges
  • Deep knowledge of systems, processes, applications and technology supporting applicable Experian solutions and how they support/impact solutions
  • Understands and works both the political and economic area across all regions during complex problems solving and resolution
  • Ability to manage partnerships
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Ability to travel
