We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Senior Marketing Manager RBWM.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To lead a marketing campaign management team to plan and execute a full spectrum of marketing related activities to drive growth for the business across customer segments, propositions and product/service.
  • To generate & identify cross sell opportunities relevant to customer segments.
  • To initiate, formulate and implement marketing programs to deliver business targets on customer acquisition, usage, loyalty and anti-attrition across products, channels and segments.
  • To apply and optimize customer data and external consumers data to generate customer insights relevant to the product and propositions thru Analytics, Segmentation, Research to derive insights and identify opportunities
  • Take the leadership position in driving marketing investment effectiveness ensuring marketing spends generates measurable exponential returns to the business.
  • To ensure all key stakeholders abide by the marketing 4 steps development process with no exception and adhere to the schedule authority for marketing budget approval before any marketing campaign is being launched.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
  • More than 10 years working experience in marketing or brand-related industries that cover Advertising, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Marketing & Distribution, Media Planning & Management, Event Marketing or Retail Chain Management.
  • Strong Business Analytical Skills through business exposure to different business portfolios, case studies, seminars, training sessions & conferences.
  • Strong Strategic Thinking Skills through exposure to different industries, hands-on experience, case studies, workshops, conferences.
  • Strong Leadership & People Management through working experience, wide exposure in different industries and interaction with all levels of people in related industries.
  • Strong communication, management, planning, financial, leadership, motivational, project management and communications skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of the regulated market they operate in including sales process, pertinent regulations impacting retail banking activities and delivery systems and channels, including market potential as well as the regulatory framework
  • Understanding of the unique markets serviced.
  • Sound understanding of the Company's customer segments, products offered and the competitive market as well as the capability to market and sell to those segments are key
  • Able to influence, engage and lead in a positive, inspiring manner
