The Role Responsibilities
- Must possess knowledge of the importance of quality in data content and Service Management processes.
- Understands the bank's IT standards, concepts and techniques for the management of information technology including IT infrastructure, development, operations, accepted measures, indicators, processes and best practices.
- Experience in project planning, process improvement, performance measurement, and managing a project life cycle.
- Possess a good balance between being detail-oriented and setting direction/approach.
- Self-starter / motivated / deals effectively with ambiguity. Have the ability to gain trust.
- Possess negotiation, communication, facilitation, presentation, efficient decision-making and problem-solving skills.
