Sales Manager EMM-i (Klang Valley)

- You will be responsible to lead, supervise & manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDM) who will provide specialized financial solutions to grow the SME portfolio.
- You would need to be mobile and travelling is required for this position. The team under your supervision will actively cross sell a full range of financial products and services and to proactively manage customer relationship and profitability.
- The main responsibility of a team leader is to effectively manage the sales team to solicit and market loans and products to sole-props, partnerships and Sdn Bhd. You will work with the sales team to network and establish relationship with professionals and business associations in acquiring new customer base in addition to proactively manage and build customer relationship and provide good after-sale service by your sales team.
- You will provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Business Banking umbrella from time to time as well as support to Head of EMM-i Distribution in achieving team targets.

Qualifications
-Must have a recognized degree, higher diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years experience in leading, supervising and managing a sales team involved in sales or sales-related capacity (as Team Leader or Sales Manager) with some credit background
- Must exhibit leadership qualities; able to effectively manage a diverse group of sales individuals and work independently.
- Must be self-motivated and self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills (listening, written & verbal).
- Must understand business management and team dynamics. Other key attributes include enthusiasm, drive (able to work long hours), sense of urgency & a high achiever.
