Job Description

• Perform data entry and/or approval on account creation and relevant static data maintenance.
• In charge of data entry and/or approval for registration and maintenance of group/entity/user setup for Business Internet Banking customers via the e-Banking platform.
• Perform callback confirmation to customers when necessary.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with business partners and communicate via email or telephone when required to complete tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including timely completion of mandatory learning assigned by the organization.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance or a recognized professional tertiary qualification in related field and/or with related experience
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Financial Institution, preferably branch operations or payment centre.
• Team player with a strong interpersonal skill.
• Conversant in English, demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Committed, self-motivated and a team player.

Preferred:

Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications i.e Excel, Words, Power Point Knowledge in BNM AML/CFT Guidelines
