Risk Policy & Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory compliance
Provide compliance advisory and communications to Business Units & works closely with them in compliance review and assessment, provide feedback for concept/consultation papers issued by regulatory bodies/authorities/industry bodies (e.g. BNM, SC, ABM, etc.).

Internal Policies and Procedures
Review business practices, policies and procedures (policy papers/manuals) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Bank's policies and risk management standards

Documentation review
Product due diligence (new product and product variations)
Marketing material review

Compliance projects
Participate in projects or assignments to contribute feedback in respect of compliance and risk requirements

Compliance trainings and awareness
To drive risk and prevention culture within CFS.

Qualifications
Requirements

The role requires someone with 6-7 years of experience with the necessary compliance knowledge and experience, which includes understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements and the implications of such requirements on the Bank's consumer banking operations as well as relevant local knowledge and expertise in respect of the legal and regulatory requirements applicable in the jurisdictions in Malaysia and Singapore
