Relationship Manager Marketing Services

• Accountable to plan and implement internal / external customer marketing activities under Corporate & Commercial Banking Division

• Develop marketing communication materials, advertisement and media plans

• Coordinate and perform reconciliations on marketing budget matters with MIS and BU

• Plan and coordinate internal communication activities e.g. employee survey, townhalls etc

• Provide analytics to track effectiveness of marketing plans, activations, surveys etc (internal & external)

• Conduct surveys for business related purposes (internal / external) e.g. market share, business opportunity areas etc

• Responsible to prepare, coordinate and monitor department's regulatory compliance related areas

Qualifications
• Experience/knowledge of banking is advantageous in the following areas: marketing services, product etc.

• Minimum 2 years of banking experience.

• Good planning, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong self-motivation to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team, both internally and cross-functionally.

• Takes initiative and a willingness to learn, apply and execute on a timely basis with follow through
