Relationship Manager, Community Banking (“ComBk RM”) - Klang Valley Branches

  •  Revenue Performance - The ComBk RM will be provided with a portfolio of larger SME customers of the branch. His or her role will be that of engaging and servicing this portfolio of business customers and to achieve a desirable revenue growth target by cross-selling and up-selling various relevant business banking products that meet the customers' needs. These business banking products will cover a full range of loan and liability products but principally will be working capital loans, deposit products, FX sales and cash management services.
  •  Relationship Building - The ComBk RM is entrusted to ensure he or she constantly engaging the Bank's key community banking customers by providing timely and effective follow-up and services. He or she is expected to contact and engaging the bank's customer in accordance to Bank's engagement policy to retain and grow the customer relationship and hence securing larger wallet share of the customers.
  •  Risk Management - The ComBk RM is required to diligently obtain relevant information and ensure integrity are maintained at all times when dealing with Bank's customers.
  •  Compliance & Audit - He or she is expected at all times, perform his role and duties to accordance to the law, regulation, rules and policies relating to all activities and conducts to ensure to we deliver an acceptable and professional services to our valued business customers.
  •  Work Quality - He or she is also expected in conforming to Bank's internal quality policies and requirement to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in carry out his or her duties within the Bank.


Qualifications
  •  Must have a minimum qualification of a recognized Diploma/Degree or equivalent. However, candidate who has been in SME Relationship Management for more than 4 years will also be considered favorably.
  •  Candidates is required to have a minimum of 2 years working experience in loans sales, account management or relationship management, preferably in a financial institution or a service provider involved in consultancy, pharmacy, IT, logistic services, trading and industrial products wholesales or retails.
  •  He or she must have an outgoing personality and enjoy meeting and engaging customers with various business backgrounds;
  •  Ability to learn fast and keen to build a banking career in business relationship within the business banking community
  •  Possess own transport and willing to travel within the branch's market location. In the normal course of business, the ComBk RM is not expected to travel outsides their branch's market location.
