Relationship Manager - Business Development & Marketing

• Own the budget to plan and implement internal / external customer marketing / communication activities under Corporate & Commercial Banking Division
• Develop marketing communication materials & media / advertisement plans and conduct surveys for business related purposes (internal / external e.g. market share, business opportunity areas etc
• Own the business development role for product(s) to assist Business Unit to drive key business growth drivers and capture opportunities via creation of focused measurement tools, business analytics for trend understanding and effectiveness tracking, product developer / owner, product partner liaison etc
• Own the cross referral arrangement initiative from development to execution and monitoring to drive for collaboration results by working closely intra and inter-department as well as cross-entity
• Provide analytics to track effectiveness of townhalls, marketing plans, activations, surveys etc (internal & external)

Qualifications

• Experience/knowledge of banking is advantageous in the following areas: marketing services, product development / coordination etc.
• Good planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team, both internally and cross-functionally.
• Takes initiative and a willingness to learn, apply and execute on a timely basis with follow through
