Create and maintain the development/coding standards. Lead peer review sessions provide feedback on development of others with focus on architecture guidelines and coding standards.
Fix the Critical & High issues in the reports that are impacting multiple business users • Responsible for providing technical guidance to the team whenever required.

Managing technical scope and providing hands-on expert level assistance with server configuration including end-user access, data load configuration, authorization process design.
Assist with process definition including roles/responsibilities, publishing, Establishing processes and library of reusable objects (fields, calculations, KPI, etc.) and Develops data delivery solutions.
Independently perform design reviews on existing data models and applications to identify coding, process and functionality improvements.
