JOB PURPOSE
The position is responsible to run and manage the personal loan products in SCB Malaysia.

Key result areas for the individual are:

• Manage the product development lifecycle and marketing
• Drive and develop acquisition programs for various channels
• Act as a catalyst to drive unity in purpose and action, which ultimately leads to the timely release of quality products, campaigns & services - resulting in bottom line growth
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Management

• Financial Targets
• Product ENR growth
• Product Revenue & PBT growth
• Disbursement growth
• New product launches / re-launches and new business tie ups

• Franchise development targets
• Business and market share growth
• Contribution of personal loan to the overall retail banking business
KEY RELATIONSHIPS FOR
Credit/ Policy Interface on underwriting or  policy related issues
Client Acquisition and Client Relationship Sales processes and product feedback  to achieve business KPI
Legal & Compliance Legal and compliance issues for any portfolio or product program
Operations / CEPG Process Governance, Operations and Customer Experience related issues.
Marketing Yearly marketing plan i.e. marketing collaterals and Product/Campaign promotional initiatives i.e. ATL / BTL
Branch Banking and Operations Any service related issues, waiver policies, escalations
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Knowledge and Skills
• Sound knowledge of managing of end to end personal loan products
• Good knowledge of market and customer segments
• Good analytic and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit..
