Product Manager, Alliance and Ecosystem

Driving the Business Banking agenda on banking the alliance and ecosystem to increase Business Banking portfolio quality

Key Roles and Responsibilities


  • Implement alliance acquisition strategy to support Business Banking for organic and inorganic growth on deposit (CASA).
  • Support Business Banking strategically deploy customer value proposition and strategies to acquire clients from alliances
  • Support sales and channel heads to acquire quality Business Banking clients from alliances
  • Design and arrange enablers and campaigns to acquire Business Banking clients from alliances
  • Optimize alliance offers to Business segment focusing on CASA, OPAC and S2B
  • Manage alliance project processes and programmes, ensuring client experience is maximized
  • Understand market dynamics (from client to product perspective) & business6 dynamics of Business Banking Segment (across acquisition, portfolio revenue/ product per client, relationship outflow/ leakage, attrition, sales/service model, sales productivity, etc)
  • Responsible in alliance leads assignment, management or reshuffling
  • Manage alliance client on boarding risks such as AML/CDD risks while broadening cross selling opportunities
  • Work closely with transaction Banking and retail products divisions in tying up with anchors (for financing and transactional solutions/proposition)
  • Lead any system related initiatives/migration in relation to above.
  • Work with stakeholders to optimize productivity, improve business banking NTB and uplift client satisfaction
  • Sharpen focus on needs and solutions for alliance client's acquisition by providing enablers such as transaction solution, working capital and FX for alliance clients
  • work with internal stakeholders from business banking, transaction banking, FX and other related stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills

  • University Graduate
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in serving business/commercial/corporate clients.
  • Must have sound knowledge and working level understanding with SME clients, preferably in the Business Banking segment
  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand to talk cash conversion cycle program benefits
  • Ability to negotiate and understand legal agreements supporting the product
  • SCF, Cash, Lending and FX competence
  • Credit skills
  • Quantitative skills to monitor and portfolio manage
  • Time management skills
