Portfolio, x-sell & line management

• Cross-sell & Line management
o Overall management of cross-sell of credit card to existing bank customers through segmentation, leads and channel management.
o Plan and execute periodic line increase (business opportunity) and decrease (risk management).
o Work with operations, credit risk and sales channels to ensure cross-sell and line management activities are executed within approved policy.
• Portfolio Sales
o Overall management of the portfolio products sales by working with telemarketing, contact centre and other channels to drive portfolio sales
o Manage end-to-end process to ensure smooth and fast turnaround time for portfolio sales product
o Manage before & after sales enquiries for portfolio products
o Manage revenue and dashboard for portfolio sales products
• Manage & optimize Business Promo Budget. Ensure marketing expenses are effectively tracked/controlled and expensed
• Manage communications development to cardmembers where needed
• Ensure KPIs are on track through managing top & bottom lines, then identify & implement necessary plans/actions
• Work with CFS F&P/ Projects Team to build report/analytics template on a periodic basis
• Conduct competitor analysis and competitive studies.
• Manage customers' expectations and ensure quality service standards for portfolio programmes and initiatives

Qualifications
1. 4-5 years working experience in Cards Portfolio Management / Product Management or Personal Loan or FMCG environment
2. Experience in analytics or MIS is added advantage.
3. Willing to learn, and have good inter-personal skills.
4. Possess a logical mind and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Able to work independently, yet a team player.
6. Self-motivated with an outgoing personality
