People Services Executive (Contract)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support all HR administrative functions (eg. data entry, documentation, staff enquiry, BNM statistic report, staff movement, authorised signature book, STAR incentive, staff training fund, filing, staff personal file management & etc)
• Handle employee exit process including liaison with line management on acceptance and closure of employment cycle (covers resignation, retirement, end of contract, etc)
• Administration of staff ID card
• Administer new hire documentation (covers pre & post-employment checks)
• Liaison person with Immigration department/ MDEC on expat employment pass
• Support Leave administration on policy interpretation, leave report and exceptional request handling
• Adhere to human resource policies and procedures to ensure relevance to current requirements
• Lead process improvement to enhance productivity and customer experience
• Responsible for ensuring full compliance to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
• Possess strong drive and enthusiasm with the motivation and credibility for process improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and someone with strong operations background
• Results-driven and able to work independently
• Resourceful, organized, flexible and highly self-motivated
• Good communication skills, proactive and able to multi-task
• Able to work effectively within a team
• Good in PC skills such as MS Excel, Words, & Powerpoint
