Operational Risk Management – Designer
Functional (job responsibilities)
- Ensure incentive calculation are accurate and meet the timeline given by HR and Finance
- In charge of the maintenance of current system like Sales Force Management System, SIR.
- Ensure all reports required by management are done accurately and completed within given timeline
- Proactive provide support and feedback to product owner,branch and channel staff,vendor and others internal customers.
- Attend to any other administrative function for Tender Opening-key holder & recall.
- Attend to HL Group Management programs and perform any task required by Management from time to time as may be required.
- Attend inquiries and valid appeal cases from stakeholders and sales team.
- Support all short-term tactical sales campaign.
- Support and planning for Incentive Automation. Task includes :
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
- User Requirement Specs (URS)
- User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Scheme set up and parameter
- Sales Data validation and checking
- Logic criteria, parallel run, incentive computation validation, etc
- Monthly statement generation, parallel run , sales & incentive inquiry, manual incentive adjustment, incentive appeal and others.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
- Provide training and guidance for staff career growth and advancement.
- Create conducive and friendly working environment among colleagues,
- Create and encourage team work among colleagues.
- Execution of Excellence in customer service quality.
