Job description

1、 As the customer success manager, you will be responsible for service team management, customer communication management, project plan management, scope management, change management, risk management, quality management and emergency handling. And you will act as the primary point of accountability to ensure professional service and global support are delivered on time and quality.

2、 Act as the key driver for service plans and technical solutions related to customer success.

3、 Develop customized customer success plans while assisting clients in understanding OceanBase services and products.

4、 Manage customer relationships, proactively identify customer needs, facilitate new business opportunities and ensure service delivery.

5、 Manage service partners if needed.

Job Requirement

1. At least 5 years of experience in project management or service management, or 5+ years of technical/business team management experience, or 5+ years of sales experience.

2. Proven experience in independently managing key customers, with excellent customer communication skills and the ability to effectively drive key stakeholders for decision-making.

3. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Candidates with solution design, software development or DBA experience are preferred.

4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and proactive mindset.

5. Good English communication skills, minimum with CET-4.

6. Willingess to work and live in Kuala Lumpur is preferred.
