Marketing & Operations Support - SME Banking
- Drive general division-level reporting across relevant management channels and committees, working closely with internal teams and other stakeholders in the organisation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Compliance/Legal/Key Account Managers/Marketing) to obtain sign-off on all materials (i.e. agreements, templates, T&C's & Marketing materials) to ensure smooth delivery of campaign and deadlines.
- Resolving all onboarding and customer issues through SLA standards within a TAT time
- Develop training schedules and training decks for all sales channels
- Manage operational and compliance related matters to ensure safe data integration with partners
- Design Process Flow and SOP for Partnership Team to ensure smooth operation between department/functions
- Ensure monthly dashboard and tracking templates are prepared to be shared to management meetings.
- Handles all Budget/Payment related items on a timely and orderly manner.
- Main liaise point with DM team to ensure reliability of data and monthly data for purpose of smooth reporting standards.
- Good business writing and presentation skills.
