Marketing & Operations Support - SME Banking
  1. Drive general division-level reporting across relevant management channels and committees, working closely with internal teams and other stakeholders in the organisation.
  2. Liaise with internal stakeholders (Compliance/Legal/Key Account Managers/Marketing) to obtain sign-off on all materials (i.e. agreements, templates, T&C's & Marketing materials) to ensure smooth delivery of campaign and deadlines.
  3. Resolving all onboarding and customer issues through SLA standards within a TAT time
  4. Develop training schedules and training decks for all sales channels
  5. Manage operational and compliance related matters to ensure safe data integration with partners
  6. Design Process Flow and SOP for Partnership Team to ensure smooth operation between department/functions
  7. Ensure monthly dashboard and tracking templates are prepared to be shared to management meetings.
  8. Handles all Budget/Payment related items on a timely and orderly manner.
  9. Main liaise point with DM team to ensure reliability of data and monthly data for purpose of smooth reporting standards.


Qualifications
