Manager / Assistant Manager in Chargeback Team

• Handling of Issuing Cardholder disputes by reviewing & decision making on new cardholder dispute cases from Contact Centre and follow up cases such as Incoming Retrieval Request Fulfilment and Incoming Re-presentment.
• Review all outgoing retrieval request & chargeback spreadsheets to ensure that all transactions are attended timely to avoid operational losses.
• Check all tasks perform by the maker to ensure data accuracy
• Handling of Chargeback GL reconciliation
• Handling of chargeback documents through Visa Online & MasterCard Online to ensure that all are attended within the prescription time frame
• Ensure all enquiries from Contact Centre; Collection Dept & Risk Management are handled promptly.
• Prepare monthly MIS for management review
• Liaise with Acquiring Banks; Visa & MasterCard International on Chargeback related matters if need to.
• Back up duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications
• Diploma holder with experience or equivalent up to degree level
• Fast learner, strong analytical skill, good working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Able to demonstrate good teamwork amongst staff.
• Good written and communication skills
• Must be effectively bilingual (English & Mandarin / Malay)
• Matured, well organized, service oriented, self-driven and able to see tasks to completion
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point
