Manager, Strategy & Dealer Management

This role requires an individual who will be:
§ Responsible to develop & execute key auto-loan strategies to grow market share across segments via expansion of active dealer network, end-to-end execution follow through of quarterly priorities and identification of market opportunities

Job Responsibilities
§ Leads development of innovative, relevant and cost-efficient below-the-line product marketing and acquisition programs
§ Represents the Bank in external engagement to seek opportunities and intelligence in creating competitive edge for auto-loan
§ Contribute constructively and creatively in the planning and implementation stages of programs/initiative to drive maximum sales top of mind, and awareness
§ Work with respective internal & external stakeholders to ensure these programs are properly executed in a timely manner with the approved promotion strategies, product/sales/marketing communications & marketing budgets
§ To support AGM, Strategy & Business Development on developing mass consumer and dealer penetration program
§ Work closely with auto loan direct sales channel & branch representation to ensure proper and timely execution of all programs & promotions
§ Monitor and analyse pre & post campaign performance to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems/ issues and recommend solutions to rectify them
§ Collect, analyse, evaluate and report data from various sources to keep track on sales momentum and productivity
§ Develop and review new/existing Management Information data with key trends to develop analytic insights for the auto loan business
§ To support & assist PFS Auto Loan on any other ad-hoc managerial/ Bankwide initiative
