Manager, Regional Strategic Management
To assist Section Head in leading the implementation of various Islamic Consumer Banking strategy and key initiatives throughout the region
  1. Champion and implement key strategic initiatives for Islamic Consumer Banking under T18 Islamic 2.0 eg Islamic First branches, grow FD, Islamic first products, 1Drive initiatives etc
  2. Champion enablement of new sales channels for Islamic Products (digital and non digital) in the region
  3. Collaborate with Islamic Retail Product Management, Product Owners and group Enablers to project manage new product development and launch / relaunch (system enhancement, internal and external approval, budget, marketing & communication and sales campaign & process) and responsible for first 6 / 12 months product performance
  4. Develop and deliver strategic objective and plans eg Islamic CASA and CAW strategy
  5. Develop and deliver Islamic Consumer digital strategy
  6. Assist Singapore and Indonesia team in implementing their strategic initiatives
  7. Provide up-to-date strategic research on industry trends, competitors and customers.
  8. Assist Section Head with other projects as required from time to time
  9. Involve in project management and strategy formulation function
  10. To perform financial analyst function and assisnt in Business Performance and Management Reporting
  11. To prepare value added financial reports for business reviews for HOD and various committees eg GIBC, CBMC, GCBC, GMC
  12. To work closely with internal business analysts (CBPA, GF) & those across the region to ensure correct representation of financial information
  13. To work closely with business analyst from respective countries to support ad hoc regional data request from Group Strategy, Group Risk, Group Treasury, and etc


Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline
(Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Law/Marketing)

5 - 6 years of experience in Accounting / Product / Marketing / Strategic Management role
