We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Manager, Marketing Plan & Governance.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To oversee the department's governance matters in areas of Business Risk Control Management and Business Information Risk .
  • To disseminate the information and to ensure BRCM and BIRO matters are kept in check at all times among the different marketing teams for RBWM, Data Analytics and CMB.
  • End to end marketing skillsets are required to manage a team, to strategize and run marketing campaigns in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
  • Highly results oriented and to consistently meet the required return on investment.
  • To support the marketing function in the area of marketing planning, budgets and reporting .
  • To support and maintain the marketing department's planning and reporting process as well as administers the total marketing budget thru a system call MAMM ensuring accuracy in reporting and management.
  • To manage overall marketing budget and ensure controls and administration of budgets are implemented by budget owners .
  • To maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.


Qualifications
Requirements:
  • At least a bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of Marketing background work experience and able to lead a team.
  • Marketing experience from within the Banking industry would be preferred.
  • Knowledge with forward thinking on the digital platform would be an added advantage.
  • Hands on, a self-starter and a strong team player who is able to network across different departments.
