Manager, Community Banking (Klang Valley 1 & 2)

1) To lead a team of Community Banking RM to achieve expected revenue, loan and cash product balances, FX volume, cross-sell various fees and others business banking services;
2) To hire, coach and retain community banking RM and other staff within the community banking team, to ensure business sustainability and continues growth;
3) To manage community banking RM and team in their daily activity, identify key business opportunity, acquire and retain key business partners and ensure collaboration within various divisions and department of the Bank;
4) To ensure compliance of various regulatory, policies and other legal requirement, both internal as well as external (eg BNM, statutory and governmental)
5) To meet bank's work quality requirement and standard set by bank from time to time.eg credit proposal submission, account opening and others
6) To achieve high staff engagement score set by the Bank and make the work place a great place for employees and co-workers.

Key Performance Indicators (Subject to Change from time to time)

1) Total Revenue, product revenue (loan, cash & fees) and core product balances;
2) Acceptable NPL rate & zero fraud incidence;
3) Hiring status of team (to ensure team are filled fully);
4) Compliance matters like internal audit score, zero incident of regulatory breaches and other compliance lapses;
5) Employee engagement score;
6) Collaboration achievement with other business divisions.

Qualifications
1) Min 2 years of working experience in a sales managerial position preferably in a commercial banking, business banking or other related sales role in other financial institution;
2) Have at least 2 years working experience as RM in a business banking eg SME banking, commercial banking or corporate banking;
3) Minimum qualification of a diploma or higher;
4) For a non-graduate, a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience is required
5) Highly driven and result oriented;
6) Possesses strong people skills and high ability to build positive relationship;
7) Preferably to have established business contact built via previous employment or businesses.
8) Possess won transport and have a valid driving license.
