Functional (job responsibilities)

    To partner with the Business Banking division by developing strategies towards increasing client profitability, retention and cross-sell utilizing robust analytical tools and methodologies Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate leads through extensive data mining of Enterprise Data Warehouse, internal and external databases Leverage customer information and the use of advanced analytics techniques to provide business insights. Develop segmentations across customer base and analyze product revenue, fee revenue, profitability, etc. Design marketing campaigns to test & learn around response propensity, pricing sensitivity, best time to contact, offer sequencing. Manage customer contact, tracking of campaigns and channel performance for learning and feedback. Develop and provide Dashboard and MIS statistics to product managers and senior management. Manage relationships with the business partners across Product, Marketing, Finance and Risk to ensure on time delivery of projects and reporting.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
  • Work as a team with all stakeholders

    Strong quantitative skills required including academic background in mathematics, statistics, business management, economics, engineering or other similar discipline. Knowledge and previous experience with statistical modeling such as decision tree tools like CHAID or Logistic Regression. Knowledge of working with SAS, SQL, R, Python or other programming languages is desirable
    Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analytics team preferably in a Global or Regional Bank, or in an FMCG / Retail environment Ability to articulate analyses and findings in a crisp and concise manner both verbally and through written presentations/communications. Prior experience in managing a small or medium sized team of analysts is preferred. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize work-streams effective
