Manager, Analytics & Channel Insights

Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Perform data extraction and analytics for the purposes of MIS reporting, campaign listing, campaign fulfillment, other communication listing extraction and analysis
  • Analysis includes complex and ad-hoc extractions for management decisions, creating propensity models, perform back-testing of historical data, customer segmentation models that are both static and dynamic, and dynamic behavioural models based on transactional and other data
  • Other analytic related functions include qualitative research, presentation and report preparation.
  • Also to assist in data warehouse related matters such as table creation testing, trouble-shooting, user acceptance testing
Also to assist in data management such as data models, server space management, monitoring of automated run jobs for the production of reports

Education/Qualification
  • Degree in Actuarial studies, Banking/Finance, Business, Marketing, Mathematics/Statistics or related disciplines
  • Proficient in SAS Programming, SAS Enterprise Guide, SQL and MS Excel and Datawarehouse
  • Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with marketing analytics background in the banking industry
  • Additional knowledge in Banking Channel; Digital Banking, ATM, CDM or OTC will be added advantage.
