Manager - Self Service Terminal Development

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for developing user requirements, test plans and test scripts and performing systems tests for Self Service terminals -related enhancements and fixes. This position is also responsible for assisting in the delivery of projects related to the above mentioned channels. The candidate is also required to support requests and address complaints received from contact centre, branches and operation teams.

• To lead / co-lead and manage system enhancements / projects to meet business requirements.
• To prepare documentation of business user requirements, test plans & scripts, preparing and conducting user testing and training, and developing user guide.
• Assist in managing projects by:
 Assigning tasks, monitoring and reporting progress.
 Controlling scope, timeline and budget.
 Seeking buy-in from stakeholders in other departments, divisions, vendors, business partners (PayNET and HOUSe Networks) on business process and system enhancements.
 Anticipate and resolve or escalate issues arising.
• To prepare monthly / quarterly statistics on Self Service Terminals.
• To attend to any issues arising in production.
• To assist in tasks to be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with degree in IT, Multimedia, Business Administration or related subjects
• Must be technology-savvy
• Experience in banking and IT-related projects will be an advantage
• Good communication, influencing and analytical skills
