Work you'll do

As a Manager in our Consulting team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You'll:
  • Create business cases for the deployment of robotic and cognitive automation.
  • Map current state, design solution, implement robot, test and deploy in a context of client operating model transformation.
  • Designing process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
  • Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well- structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Deliver training curriculum for client stakeholders (e.g. technology, process, train-the-trainer, online-solutions).
  • Ensure communication within Deloitte's network of RCA experts on common process, methodology, tools and RPA principles.
  • Lead teams of consulting professionals on robotics and automation projects and manage all aspects of project delivery.
  • Contribute to the growth of the regional RCA practice of Deloitte.
In leading teams to deliver impact to clients through the project, you'll:
  • Employ a business-oriented mindset and use data-driven solutions to drive transformation agenda and achieve results.
  • Leverage expertise in a functional domain to enable client's strategic agenda.
  • Consider opportunities and threats related to end-user adoption when developing recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Masters' Degree in computer science, statistics/mathematics, engineering or business administration
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Either external (e.g. Big4), internal (MNC) consulting or industry related experience
  • Impressive sales and business development track-record
  • Ability to work independently and manage large projects and business transformations
  • Certified with a robotic process automation vendor (e.g. Blue Prism) and/or AI platform (e.g. Google Professional Data Engineer)
  • Experience implementing cognitive automation technologies: robotic process automation, intelligent character recognition, chatbots/virtual assistants and/or artificial intelligence (e.g. machine learning and natural language processing)
  • Understanding of data science concepts and mastery of at least one programming language: e.g. C, Java, .Net, Python
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualise new approaches and solutions
  • Strong business acumen with solid analytical skills and conceptual thinking
  • Strong experience directly interfacing with senior business and IT stakeholders and strong commitment to professional client service excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills including a proven track record in developing and conducting interviews, focus groups and presentations
  • Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
