Infrastructure Demand Manager - (CCIB)

Job Purposes

Direct report to Head of GIS Engagement and matrix reporting to head of Group Technology (GT) Consumer and Islamic Banking. The primary role is to managed IT Infra Services demands and work closely with Group Technology Demand Manager (DM) and Relationship Manager (RM) to provide IT Infra services solution according to business needs. Conduct periodic review to ensure the IT Infra Services rented are meeting the defined OLA and SLA.

Key Responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities

Work closely with other IT Infra Services towers to develop an OLAs and SLAs.

Manage the defined OLAs and SLAs

Join effort with respective IT Infrastructure team to solution based on the technical input from GT DM.

Participate in IT Infra Services project and to ensure the requirement is met and delivered accordingly

Conduct periodic review with GT DM on the agreed OLAs and SLAs

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with GT DM, business units and key vendors.

Continuosly improve the ability to accurately track and measure the demand and supply process effectiveness and efficiency.

Highlight potential capacity issue to GT DM/RM to engage with business to provision additional capacity to support business needs

Build an overall demand pipeline on an annual basis as well as in an ongoing basis (mapped against annual plan).

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science
  • Bachelor degree in Information System
