Implementation & Client Services Manager

• To ensure Implementation processes are efficient and effective with a view to maximising cash management revenue and able to comprehend, provide pre-sales consultancy and providing professional advice to the customer and solving problems which are often non-precedent
• Participate in key client presentations and provide consultation to the sales team with a view to win client mandates. Understand customer's requirement from initial interaction and provide professional technical advices and solutions.
• Implement the deals accurately and effectively to ensure immediate revenue generation and meeting the customer expectations
• To deepen wallet share through cross sell to existing Cash customers
• Tracking the actual revenue versus target revenue for selected products and cross selling initiatives; support to meet overall Financials
• Working closely with branch senior managers, relationship managers, various operations, supporting units like Legal, Compliance to ensure smooth implementation of solutions

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 experience in banking/transaction banking/implementation related functions
• High external profile, a confident outlook as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written business English
• An ability to present to customer is mandatory
• High level of personal motivation, time management, planning and organisational skill
• Willing to travel
