ITSR Developer

  • Responsibilities:-
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and propose IT solutions in accordance to business requirements
    • Establish and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders to ensure user priorities are handled within expected timelines
    • Able to perform system assessment for given change request, review system design, ensure compliance to technology architecture standards, software defect resolution and system deployment
    • Act as the single point of contact during SIT/UAT testing
    • Coordinate with Change Approval Committee to promote changes in accordance to the change process / deployment
    • Liaise with vendors on issues, follow up and resolution
    • Manage the overall schedule by working with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
    • Able to perform software development on demand for adhoc application enhancement
    • Provide program fixes and migration where required
    • Develop and review technical documents and other System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) related documents
    • Adhere to Bank's processes and participate to provide recommendation in process, service and system improvements


Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in IT or other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related fields
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skill to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and programming, coding and debugging skills
  • Possess strong technical knowledge inn SQL, Java, .Net, UNIX
  • Knowledge in Teradata, Datastage, Control-M, mobile application development is a plus
  • Experience in Banking Products will be an added advantage
  • Must be self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work well independently and in a team are essential attributes
  • Able to work outside normal office hours to support critical production issues
  • Have understanding on SDLC or CMMI process
