ICS Fulfillment & Helpdesk Support

Description
• Process Cash Management products' applications and maintenance requests within SLA
• Process dividend deals and handle dividend related matters
• Handle matters relating to compliance and regulatory reporting, identify gaps and follow through with correction action plans
• To support and attend to queries from Call Centre/ Branch Operations/ Internal departments on all cash management products
• To take ownership of issues, including its timely escalation, until its resolution
• Prepare various MIS reporting

Qualifications
Job Requirements
• Candidate should have a Degree in Business or basic IT background
• At least 2 years related working experience
• Independent and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organisation skills and meticulous with details
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in handling compliance or operation matters would be added advantage
