Group Ventures & Partnerships - Experience Lead
Lead , coach and set goals for UX/UI team and provide necessary guidance/feedback
Coach design and cross functional teams on how to design research questions, run interviews, and all other stages of customer research and testing
Support cross functional teams to define design strategy and create impactful digital products using a creative and design-led, user-centric approach
Govern the design process from conceptualization to delivery of new products and services for partners; designing, consulting and leading user experience strategies
Work at both strategic and executional levels across initiatives related to innovative customer experience
Expertly delivers incremental product improvements through user research, persona development, usability testing, contextual inquiry or task analysis to drive UX/UI improvements
Able to synthesize impact of each design iteration and translate data into strategy for each product design decision
Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in UX/UI
- Minimum 5 years in management position, leading a team
- Able to influence mindsets combining both communication skills and technical ability
- Strong leadership skills to lead a team and front problem solving activities
- Ability to make real time decisions with senior and middle management both with internal and external stakeholders
- Open to learning, coaching and sharing knowledge and best practices with the team
