GT WB - Senior Business Analyst

PLANNING AND ANALYZE (REQUIREMENTS)

· Review Business case/Interface requirement

· Planning the testing scope and SIT/Integration cases

· Develop Deployment approach,deployment checklist and Go-Live Support Plan

· Develop ORT and Mock Run Approach and Plan

· Develop Cutover Approach and Plan

DESIGN

· Assess readiness of testing and deployment on infrastructure, users and processes

BUILD

· Set Up testing and deployment environment (Setup and manage command centre for cutover and post production support including helpdesk)

TEST

· Develop/Review/Sign-off ORT Business Scenarios (eg; participants, test data, environments, briefing, go live scripts, evaluation criteria and test package)

· Conduct ORT execution (eg; observe and assess participants, verify ORT result, compile and develop assessment result, sign-off ORT closure memo,post-mortem)

· Jointly facilitate review sessions with Siebel Expert Services for Production Readiness

· Conduct assessment of Go-Live readiness to determine the level of readiness of users and suggest appropriate mitigation actions (eg; on-site support readiness, go-no go criteria,roll-out checkpoint)

· Assist in preparation of post-deployment support structure.

  • Assist in the preparation of Cutover and Post-Deployment Report

DEPLOY

· Execute pilot/nationwide final conversion (if any conversion required)

· Execute application cut-over (Prepare for the migration to the production environment,Execute branch deployment activities and deploy solution to pilot branch and subsequent nationwide branches)



CHANGE MANAGEMENT & TRAINING

· Sync-up with CMt team on the communication/materials (Prepare and distribute Go-Live communication memo)

SUPPORT (POST PRODUCTION)
Develop cutover and post-deployment report .

Strong understanding and experience in the deployment/release lifecycle from planning through to execution

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION REQUIRED
