EmB Relationship Manager (Based in Klang Valley)

  • Manage a portfolio of EmB customers; accountable for entrenching existing banking relationships based on customers' business lifecycle needs
  • Identify and formulate business financing and cash management solution needs
  • Cross sell/increase product penetration rates by focusing on growing the portfolio by depth to increase revenue per customer
  • Engage in overall portfolio management needs including service related matters as well as market driven information to support customers' business needs.


Qualifications
  • Possess 2/3 years of experience in credit/account relationship management
  • Independent, self-motivated and resourceful
  • Possess excellent interpersonal / effective communication skills with high focus on quality customers service
  • Effective organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Result oriented with strong and consistent determination to succeed personally and as a team player
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedules to meet customer's and organizations datelines and targets
  • Experience in cash flow analytical skills will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English plus relevant other dialects to support the EmB customer segment will serve customer needs more effectively.
