Digital Sourcing - Channel Management
- Work with CIMB business stakeholders for leads follow up & closure
- To ensure leads quality and perform quality checks at periodical intervals
- To simplify channel acquisition and improve conversion
- To create a competitive advantage and differentiation by designing the right channel campaign focused on the unique value propositions of online leads
- Provide sales production support
- Interface with technology for production issue
- Works with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are in compliance with CIMB Group, local and regional regulations (where applicable)
- Candidate should have either Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Business/Marketing/Financial/ Engineering).
- Work experience in managing customer channel is mandatory with proven track record.
- Good stakeholder mangement skills.
- Sales driven mindset.
