Digital Manager

  • Maintain OCBC Malaysia digital marketing assets such as internet banking, mobile banking, e-statement and website.
  • Review and refine OCBC website to ensure high SEO relevance and improve load drop and conversion
  • Perform web master functions such as page uploads, tag management, conversion tracking on Google Analytics
  • Maintain OCBC Malaysia digital presence across digital and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Forums and blogs
  • Work with agency to develop and create social media calendar and content
  • Review digital marketing campaigns to ensure marketing effectiveness on Google, Facebook, Doubleclick and Youtube

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience relevant to digital marketing or web development
  • Knowledge in CSS, JS and bootstrap will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Ability to think outside the box
