The following skills are required to be successful in performing this position:
Skills & Attributes

Must have
· At least 8 years of ESB development
· Very good verbal and written communication skills
· Good understanding and knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, WSDL, schemas, SOAP and RESTful services.
· Practical DevOps experience (CI/CD flow using Jenkins, Ansible)
· Practical experience with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM)
· Hands-on experience with the entire software development life cycle and Agile methodologies (requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing)
· Proven track record of successful deployment of ESBs from requirements gathering through implementation.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.

Key Responsibilities
· Manages and directs software developers.
· Strong leadership of an application development organization that is well-regarded for the results it achieves
· Evaluates employee performance, sets expectations and goals for department and individual staff members, recruits, disciplines and trains staff.
· Design, develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes.
· Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
· Prepare and produce releases of software components.
· Liaise with support teams for L3 and project related matters.
