1) Perofrm customer service and web site content management
2) Ensure to be always compliant to the audit process
3) Work together with Subject Matter Experts on quality scoring
4) Collects, measures, analyzes, evaluates, interprets, and summarizes data in preparation for generating reports to be used for performance evaluation of the project
5) Able to work in a team with other team members
6) Able to work well with clients
7) Address any ad-hoc process or technical questions

Basic qualifications
Basic Qualification

  • Bachelor degrees from any field
  • Must be willing to work on rotation night and day shift
  • Must be flexible to work either Sunway, Selangor or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Good command of English and proficient in Japanese (both written and spoken)
