About the Role
In line with the company and divisional objectives and under the guidance of a more senior analyst, to provide managers with day-to-day business, performance, financial and/or project analysis for small business units or participate in support to medium to large units. Education

01 . Prepare and monitor the financial/manpower performance/project/operational performance reports. Communicate analysis and/or relevant information to management. May monitor resource plans and staff database ensuring accuracy of budget and allocations. Maintain collection and reporting of monthly time tracking.
02 . Participate in the definition of requirements for projects and liaise with other divisions as appropriate. Participate in ad-hoc projects involving analytical and/or analysis

04 . Proactively maintain contact with relevant divisional /departmental management to support planning units in following up financial/operational/project and project performance and preparing day-to-day analysis requests.
05 . May, within specific guidelines and under guidance of lead analyst, support the preparation of budget and forecast for multiple planning units of greater complexity.
06 . Actively identify process improvements and propose implementations solutions.
