Content Moderation (Language: Vietnamese)
- Responsible for review of content and ad policies and addresses issues assigned to them.
- Required to tend to more complex content review and analysis requirements and function as content specialists who are adept at responding to critical client requests or queries.
- Accountable for closing escalated customer inquiries regarding ad and content review
- Accountable for the success and quality of the process
- Ensures that the process is followed correctly in Service Operations
- Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information
- Ability to learn to work with customer internal tools
- Agent will also be trusted to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines
- Flexible to work in assigned shift timings as per process requirements
- Graduate in any fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese language
- Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
- Basic knowledge of computers, good knowledge of websites/ social media platforms, ability to know how to navigate to obtain the desired information
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in the language or a native speaker of the language in/for which service is being offered
- Ability to navigate through content with higher degree of subjectivity
- Ability to help incubate policies/guidelines by reviewing more complex content type
- Should be comfortable working with explicit & extremely sensitive content
