Compliance & Support Officer

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:
1. To provide product advisory within BNM policies & internal controls.
2. Able to articulate the "problem statement" with resolution.
3. Ability to comprehend Syariah Concepts
4. Conduct periodical checks for product compliance.
5. Ensure quality control on call sampling for sales solicitation.
6. Responsible in Business Continuity Management activities.
7. Monitor outstanding observations issued from Health Check/ Audit to ensure close within timeline.
8. Ability to comprehend process flows and decipher.
9. Manage Internal & External Regulatory Reporting
10. Manage KRI reviews for Sales
11. Manage Ad hoc Projects
12. Perform Gap Analysis
13. Ability to liaise with regulators and draft letters.
14. Provide assistance to other functions when required.
15. Other assignments will be tasked.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who;
1. Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
2. Strong analytical and reasoning skills with eyes for details.
3. Familiar with bank's existing processes and procedures, control & compliance policies, system & structure.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Language & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to present using power point & excel.
5. Possess a positive attitude, initiative and sense of responsibility/urgency
6. Able to work independently and must be a team worker with the ability to demonstrate good teamwork amongst staff.
7. University Degree/Diploma with relevant work experience and willing to learn.
