Community Banking Head

- Strategize and plan for growth of the community banking business.
- Responsible for the Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet of the community banking business
- Leading a team of 50 Managers and Relationship Managers positioned nationwide vide branch network to support a portfolio of high revenue SME customers succeed
- Responsible to establish business plans, budgets, performance tracking measurements and review process for the business.
- Establish working relationships with the analytics, product and marketing managers to develop appropriate products for the segment and deploy suitable marketing plans
- Build and develop staff competencies through implementing talent management programs for Managers and Relationship Managers nationwide
- Adhere to banking ethical standards and comply to industry regulations.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of commercial banking experience in portfolio management and relationship banking
- Has experience in leadership positions
- Preferably degree holder with the relevant disciplines
- Good understanding of banking law and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound financial knowledge
