Description

  • Manages and accountable for operations efficiency of Credit Review Unit
  • Overseeing on Vendor management for Data Entry Third party Head Count working onsite
  • Manage and act as a key contact point for Credit Initiation to work closely with the project team/regional ITO on the implementation of CBOL/SAO for cards under "Remarkable Customer Experience Project" and other projects that touch on the Credit Initiation system
  • Manage a fair distribution of workload amongst the team members
  • Ensure turnaround time of the applications are met
  • Guide, train and supervise the team members and provide regular feedback on the performance of the team members
  • Investigate sales or customer complaint urgently as and when required
  • Review user entitlements (EERS) to ensure the rights access and system functionality are accorded to staff accordingly and on timely basis
  • Ensure timely submission of MCA and QAF and to review test result carried out by team members during the testing period
  • Ensure LOP is updated accordingly based on the latest process change
  • Assist in UAT testing as and when required
  • Prepare and review job functions of team members as and when required
  • Monitor staff annual leave and ensure team members plan their leave accordingly with minimum disruption to the team and sufficient resources to perform daily operations at all times
  • Monitor monthly data entry accuracy tracker by providing feedback to data entry team and conduct quarterly refresher training to the data capturing team
  • Ensure that all credit underwriting decisions are consistent within the Bank's credit policies
  • Participate in credit meeting or discussions and provide feedback related to credit approval and process related issues
  • Close interaction with other stakeholders ie sales, risk management, legal, compliance, product, collection and fraud management


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields:
    • Banking and Finance
    • Business Administration
    • Economics
  • Possess at least 5 years experience in unsecured credit underwriting and team management skill
  • Sound analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skill and possess good team work spirit
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior management team
